Dubbed 'The man with the coldest eyes in the Empire', his marksmanship skills have served him well in various colonial conflicts across the globe. His keen eye and cool temperament often prove the difference between triumph and disaster, and life or death on a mission

Frank has slightly more health than other members of the brigade. He can also cause enemies to explode when hitting them with a headshot.

Frank's melee attack is a straight punch.
Frank's default loadout consists of a .Westminster 1895 lever action rifle, Marley .45 Automatic pistol and dynamite.
